  • Do I pay for shipping?

    No, shipping both ways are free.

  • Are the toys cleaned?

    Yes, each toy is sanitisied in an environmentally friendly, non toxic solution.

  • How often can I receive a new toy?

    Each subscription is entitled to one toy per month. Once we have been notified by the shipping carrier that a toy has been returned, we will immediately dispatch the next one available in your queue providing it is in the next month.

  • Can I have more than one toy at a time?

    Yes, but you will need to set up a new account with a different email.

  • How do I cancel my account?

    Login to your profile, and scroll down to Subscription Section and click on Cancel. You will be able to cancel immediately once your toy has been returned. Flexiplay members may cancel their subscription with no cancellation fees. You must cancel your membership by 5:00pm PST 24 hours prior to your renewal, to be sure the cancellation occurs before being charged for your next months subscription. We are unable to provide refunds and/or stop shipments once the payment has processed or the order process has initiated.

  • Can I pause my subscription?

    Login to your profile, and scroll down to Subscription Section and click on Pause. You will be able to pause your account once your toy has been returned.

  • How does the rewards system work?

    We reward customers that look after our toys. When sets are returned in the same condition that was sent to them – fully dismantled, no damage and missing pieces reported, we award customers with a star rating. Customers that maintain a high rating will receive a bonus gift from us on regular intervals.

  • What if I discover a piece is missing while building?

    This is unfortunate. We try to eliminate this as much as possible. Please report the piece missing in the missing pieces form on your profile. If you feel the piece is important to your build, we will send you the piece to you immediately if we have it in stock or able to source it quickly.

  • How do I report missing pieces?

  • Do I pay for any pieces I lose?

    We understand that small pieces go missing and do not charge for small amount of missing pieces below 10 pieces in most cases. If the piece is a significant piece to the set for example a minifigure, we will charge you the second hand replacement amount.

  • What happens if I lose the mesh bag?

    Please return the items in a zip lock and return the set with your email address noted so we can identify it.

  • What toys are available on each plan?

    Click on view toys to see all toys available.  You can filter through the different plans from there.

  • How much does it cost?

    We have a range of plans available starting at $33.99 per month. Visit here to view the current plans available.

  • How does my Wishlist work?

    This is the list of all the toys you would like to receive. You can add or remove these toys at any time. When you first sign up, we will ask you to select toys from the library to add to your Wishlist.   You will need to ensure that you have at least 10  toys in your list and we will send you your first toy immediately.

  • Can I buy the toy if I want to keep it?

    Yes, most toys are available to purchase.  Please contact us if you would like to keep the toy and we can discuss the purchase options.

  • How often do you get new toys in the library?

    We update the toy library on a regular basis with new and exciting toys. We welcome your feedback, if there is a toy you think we should include, please contact us.
